1. Eligibility

You must be authorized to form legally binding contracts to use our services. Accounts for minors are prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Services & License

We provide software-as-a-service products for data archiving and lifecycle management. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid tiers require payment information. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are described in your order and our billing documentation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the services for illegal activity; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, disable or impair our services; or (c) violate the rights of others.

6. Data & Responsibility

You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of data you upload or process via our services.

7. Confidentiality

We and you agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as permitted in these Terms or required by law.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL DataCyclic BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security concerns. On termination, your access ends and we may delete data consistent with our retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DataCyclic is incorporated (please replace with your jurisdiction). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes and provide reasonable notice before they take effect.
