🛠️ Support Engineer
As a Support Engineer at DataCyclic, you’ll be on the frontlines helping enterprise customers troubleshoot, optimize, and succeed with our archiving platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for enterprise customers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to databases, AWS cloud, and on-premise deployments.
- Assist customers with integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and best practice guides.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Hands-on expertise with AWS Cloud (S3, EC2, IAM, RDS).
- Programming knowledge in Python and Java.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data archiving tools or ETL frameworks.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and enterprise IT standards.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
